CANCELLATIONS & Payemnts

In support of accommodating as many clients as possible, GGL has decided to implement a policy that will allow everyone to plan ahead and reserve the day/time spot they desire.

In an effort to be equitable to all of my wonderful client base, Glow and Go Lashes will institute a cancellation/rescheduling policy effective 8/1/2019 and is as follows:

  • If a cancellation/rescheduling is made to the existing appointment less than 24 hours, a charge of 100% of the full cost of the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • If a cancellation/rescheduling is made to the existing appointment less than 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the full cost of the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file. (This only applies during the Christmas and New Year timeframe - 3rd and 4th week of December)

Appointment times are limited and in order meet the demand, GGL would like to make sure everyone has an opportunity to get an appointment. Last minute cancellations/reschedules deny someone an opportunity to be ready for that special/holiday event or simply having a full set of lashes. It also prevents me from filling that appointment and serving all of my wonderful clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued loyalty!

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo as forms of payments.

  • A 50% deposit is required for all full set lash extensions. Balance will be paid at the time of appointment. Deposits will not be refunded for no shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

ETIQUETTE

  • Arriving a bit early for any appointment is a good idea, allowing you to unwind. If you can’t arrive early, please be on time. To avoid delaying our next client, your appointment will end as scheduled even if you arrive late. So prompt arrival will ensure that you receive the most value from your services.

  • Running late? We will make every effort to accommodate you without disrupting other bookings – this may mean your appointment will need to be rescheduled or the duration shortened.

  • If a client experiences an allergic reaction after a full set has been provided, we will remove the lash extensions at no cost.
