PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo as forms of payments.

    • G&GL has an active waiting list. As a courtesy to other clients as well as to the lash stylist(s), we ask that if you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You could be charged the full service fee.
    • A 50% deposit is required for all full set lash extensions. Balance will be paid at the time of appointment. Deposits will not be refunded for no shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

    *All services provided are non-refundable.


ETIQUETTE

  • Arriving a bit early for any appointment is a good idea, allowing you to unwind. If you can’t arrive early, please be on time. To avoid delaying our next client, your appointment will end as scheduled even if you arrive late. So prompt arrival will ensure that you receive the most value from your services.

  • We ask the courtesy of a 24-hour notice for single-service cancellations/reschedules. Without such notice, we may charge for services booked.

  • Running late? We will make every effort to accommodate you without disrupting other bookings – this may mean your appointment will need to be rescheduled or the duration shortened.
  • We honor a 48 hour or less touch up for all full sets at no cost to the client. This is a one time offer only. Please send a picture. Appointment must booked within 48 hours. Beyond 48 hours will be at the cost of the client.
  • If a client experiences an allergic reaction after a full set has been provided, we will remove the lash extensions at no cost.
